Stonk JobsLaunch

How it works

What happens to a coin launched here, where every fee goes, and what you are trusting. No fine print beyond this page.

The model

A coin launched here is a normal StonkFun coin. It is created through Raydium LaunchLab with Stonk's standard platform settings, trades on Stonk from the first block, and graduates to a Raydium pool like any other.

The one difference is who the pool's creator is. At launch, Stonk Jobs generates a fresh wallet for the coin, the vault, and sets it as the creator. You pay for the launch and sign it, but the creator fees Stonk forwards go to the vault instead of to you. The vault then spends them on the job you picked.

The jobs are saved with the coin at launch. There is no setting to change them later, for the creator or for us.

Fees

Every buy and sell pays Stonk's trading fee, exactly as on any Stonk launch. Stonk keeps its part and forwards the creator share to the pool's creator, which here is the vault.

Stonk Jobs takes no platform fee right now. Every fee that arrives goes to work. If that changes, it is shown on the launch form before you sign, and it only applies to coins launched after the change.

Launching costs about 0.009 SOL of rent paid to the chain, plus a one time gas deposit sent to the vault: 0.01 SOL for SOL launches, 0.03 SOL for other pairs. Vaults on other pairs swap a little of their fees for SOL when gas runs low, and log it.

Shifts

A scheduler checks every coin every five minutes. In each shift the vault records what arrived since the last one, takes the platform fee if there is one, splits the rest between its jobs, and does them. Each job keeps its own balance, so a job that is waiting, like Locked Liquidity before graduation, does not eat another job's share.

Tiny amounts wait. A job only spends once its balance is worth a transaction, scaled to the size of the coin's curve. Every move, and every failure, is written to the coin's punch log with a Solscan link.

The jobs

Pick one, or split the fees across up to three with at least 10% each. Staking always runs alone.

Buyback & Burn

Every cycle the vault buys the coin with its fees, on the curve before graduation and in the pool after it, and burns every token it bought. Supply only goes down.

  • Before graduation the vault buys straight from the LaunchLab curve. After it, the buy goes through Jupiter to the Raydium pool.
  • Everything the vault holds of the coin is burned in the same shift with a Token-2022 burn. Supply drops on chain.

Dividends

Fees are paid straight to the coin's holders, pro rata to balance, in the pair asset. SOL for a SOL launch. No staking, no claim button.

  • The vault reads every holder of the coin each shift and pays the 200 largest, pro rata to balance.
  • Program accounts like the pool and the vault itself are left out, so the fees go to people.
  • SOL launches pay SOL. Other pairs pay the pair token, to wallets that already have an account for it.

Jackpot

Fees build a pot. Once an hour one holder wins all of it, drawn at random with odds weighted by balance. The draw and the payout are public.

  • Fees collect in the pot. Once per UTC hour, the first shift of the hour draws a winner if the pot is big enough.
  • Every token held is one ticket. The seed is a recent Solana blockhash mixed with the coin and the hour, so the draw can be checked.
  • The winner, the odds and the payout transaction are listed on the coin's page.

Diamond Hands

Dividends weighted by how long each wallet has held. A share grows from 1x to 3x over seven days. Selling resets the clock.

  • Like Dividends, but each wallet's balance is multiplied by how long it has held: 1x on day one, rising evenly to 3x at seven days.
  • Any drop in a wallet's balance restarts its clock. Buying more does not.

Stock Dividends

Fees buy a tokenized stock picked at launch, like NVDAx or TSLAx, and pay it to holders pro rata. SOL launches only.

  • The vault buys the stock picked at launch through Jupiter and pays it to holders pro rata.
  • Only wallets with an account for that stock can be paid. Anyone opens one from the coin's page for about 0.002 SOL of rent.
  • SOL launches only, so the vault always has SOL to buy with.

Staking

Holders stake the coin in the vault and are paid the fees pro rata to their stake, in the pair asset. Unstake whenever you want.

  • Holders send coins to the vault from the coin's page. The deposit transaction is the only proof the server accepts.
  • Each shift the fees are paid to stakers pro rata to their stake, in the pair asset.
  • To unstake you sign a message with your wallet. The server checks it, lowers your stake first, then sends the coins back.
  • Staking runs alone, never in a split, because a burn or liquidity job would spend the staked coins.

Locked Liquidity

After graduation, every cycle buys the coin with half the fees and adds both halves to the Raydium pool, then burns the LP tokens so nobody can pull it. Before graduation the fees wait in the vault.

  • Before graduation the fees wait in the vault.
  • After graduation each shift buys the coin with half, adds both halves to the Raydium CPMM pool, and burns the LP tokens it got back.
  • Burned LP tokens cannot be withdrawn by anyone, so that liquidity stays in the pool for good.

What you trust

The vault is a regular Solana wallet. Its private key is created on the Stonk Jobs server, stored encrypted, and used only by the scheduler to run the coin's jobs. That is custody: you are trusting the server to do what this page says, and not to do anything else with the key.

What makes that checkable is that everything the vault does is public. Every vault address is on its coin's page, every transaction is in the punch log, and anyone can compare the two on Solscan.

Risks

  • Memecoins are volatile and most go to zero. A job does not change that. Buybacks and payouts only happen when people trade.
  • Payouts depend on Solana, Jupiter, Raydium, Stonk and the Stonk Jobs server all working. If one is down, a shift does less or nothing. A failed transfer is logged and its amount stays with the job for the next shift.
  • Holder payouts go to the 200 largest holders. Smaller wallets, and wallets without an account for the payout token, are skipped that shift.
  • Stocks are tokenized stocks from third parties, with their own terms and risks. Stonk Jobs does not issue them.
  • Stonk Jobs is not affiliated with StonkFun or Raydium. It uses their public programs and APIs, which can change.
  • Nothing here is financial advice.
